How this website works, in plain terms. Each app also has its own terms and privacy policy inside the app.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a showcase and catalog of applications created by Layer Logic Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). It provides information about our apps and links to where they can be tried or purchased. The Site itself does not sell products directly.
Each app we publish (including Todoora) is governed by its own terms of service, end-user license agreement, and privacy policy, presented within the app or on its own website, and by the terms of the marketplace it is distributed through (such as the Apple App Store). Nothing on this Site modifies those agreements. Your use of any app is at your own discretion and subject to those separate terms.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, app names, icons, designs, and code — is the property of Layer Logic Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and linking does not imply endorsement. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
The Site and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Information about apps, features, and pricing may change at any time without notice and may contain inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Layer Logic Labs and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). This policy describes how this website handles information. In short: this Site is a brochure — it has no accounts, no sign-ups, and collects as little as possible.
The Site does not require an account and does not itself collect personal information. Like virtually all websites, the hosting provider that serves the Site may automatically log standard technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests them. Third-party sites linked from this Site (including app marketplaces) have their own cookie and privacy practices.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep you updated if you asked us to. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Privacy practices for each app we publish (including Todoora) are described in that app's own privacy policy, available within the app or on its website. Todoora is built local-first: its data is designed to stay on your device.
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
