These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a showcase and catalog of applications created by Logic Layer Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). It provides information about our apps and links to where they can be tried or purchased. The Site itself does not sell products directly.
Each app we publish (including Todoora) is governed by its own terms of service, end-user license agreement, and privacy policy, presented within the app or on its own website, and by the terms of the marketplace it is distributed through (such as the Apple App Store). Nothing on this Site modifies those agreements. Your use of any app is at your own discretion and subject to those separate terms.
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, app names, icons, designs, and code — is the property of Logic Layer Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Layer Labs and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). This policy describes how this website handles information. In short: this Site is a brochure — it has no accounts, no sign-ups, and collects as little as possible.
The Site does not require an account and does not itself collect personal information. Like virtually all websites, the hosting provider that serves the Site may automatically log standard technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests them. Third-party sites linked from this Site (including app marketplaces) have their own cookie and privacy practices.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep you updated if you asked us to. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Privacy practices for each app we publish (including Todoora) are described in that app's own privacy policy, available within the app or on its website. Todoora is built local-first: its data is designed to stay on your device.
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Logic Layer Labs is a small, independent app studio. In the interest of transparency, this section explains how our apps are built, what role AI tools play in that process, and the limits of what we can promise as a result.
Our apps are designed and developed by Logic Layer Labs. We use AI-assisted development tools — including large language models, code-generation assistants, and design tools — as part of our workflow. Code produced with the help of AI is reviewed, tested, and integrated by us, and we take responsibility for what we ship. However, no software development process (with or without AI) is guaranteed to produce code that is entirely free of bugs, edge-case failures, security vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior.
Some of our apps include features powered by AI — for example, voice transcription, photo scanning, auto-fill, or natural-language interpretation. Where an app uses AI, the following apply:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all Logic Layer Labs apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade. We do not warrant that our apps will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through use of our apps is obtained at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Logic Layer Labs, its owner, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our apps, any AI feature, or any output produced by our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any Logic Layer Labs app or AI feature shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logic Layer Labs and its owner from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of any Logic Layer Labs app; (b) your reliance on any AI-generated output; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Nothing in our apps or on this Site creates a doctor-patient, attorney-client, insurance broker-client, financial advisor-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship between you and Logic Layer Labs. If you need professional advice on a specific matter, please consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
From time to time we may make beta, preview, or pre-release features available. These features are experimental, may change or be removed without notice, and may contain more bugs than released features. Beta features are provided strictly "as is" and are subject to all the disclaimers above without exception.
We take bug reports and security concerns seriously. If you believe you have found a bug, a security vulnerability, or incorrect behavior in any of our apps, please contact support@logiclayerlabs.app and we will look into it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before disclosing it publicly.
